It took me watching it twice before realizing it's probably a mockumentary. Only noticed because Night was such a prick, skipping-out on most of his scheduled interviews & walking-out on the others. And still, Sci-Fi was hyping advertisements for 'The Village' during every commercial break.

If Night was 'apparently' so pissed about the Interview, wouldn't he get ads for his latest movie pulled off the channel?

I also don't trust anything by the channel that produces "Scare-Tactics". It feels like something they'd do to sucker their own viewers.

That was another clue for me too. Why would there be extended commercials for his new film in every single commercial break if he wasn't a part of the whole thing? A little too tidy a package. A three hour presentation with a hour of it being commercials...no way!

I had planned on badgering people at the sci-fi channel booth at comicon this week to find out if it was for real or not, but sheesh, they couldn't even keep the hoax going until the end of the evening! I didn't know that NBC bought Sci-Fi channel...I wonder whether that will be good news or not...Any opinions on whether they have had a positive or negative impact on the Bravo Network over the past year?

Are you really surprised??? This is from the network that cancelled Farscape and kept garbage like Tremors:The Series around. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I only caught a few episode of Farscape's last season. IMO, it should have been cancelled sooner. The episodes I saw made no sense whatsoever, like the one the captain/astronaut actor directed himself (badly written around themes from Alice In Wonderland), or the one which was half-animated to resemble a Road-Runner & While E. Coyote cartoon.

As for Tremors: The Series, I have absolutely no interest in wasting my time to sit thru a single episode. The first movie was entertaining, but it never should have become a franchise, or this series.
